Understanding Power, Influence, and the AI-Driven World

I'm an independent strategist and the author of The Signal Doctrine - a field manual for the post-sovereign world.

I write about how power now moves - not through parliaments or policy papers, but through platform permissions, chip embargoes, satellite coverage, and cloud access. My work maps the enforcement architecture beneath diplomacy - the quiet infrastructure that decides who stays connected, visible, and operational.

I am is unfunded, unaffiliated, and uninterested in institutional permission.
No grants. No corporate sponsors. No political alignment.

I write from outside the system - because that’s where the whole thing becomes visible.

My analysis is grounded in cross-domain research, live enforcement tracking, and a strategic lens shaped by years studying how nations, platforms, and systems actually operate - when the headlines fall silent.

I live on a Mediterranean island and work independently. Occasionally I speak at private briefings and closed-door sessions, but prefer writing to panels and signal to spectacle.

“The system doesn’t persuade. It configures.” - The Signal Doctrine

I believe in AI. But not in obedience.

I believe artificial intelligence has the potential to assist, accelerate, and illuminate.
But I do not believe it should govern, enforce, or override human sovereignty.

My work occasionally draws on AI-augmented research and strategic system testing - used critically, on my own terms, and always outside institutional or corporate influence.

I don’t reject AI.
I reject its unchecked deployment as a tool of control, exclusion, and enforced alignment.

This is not anti-technology work.
It is anti-amnesia.

You are not reading the future.
You are reading the system that already runs.
